Title: Lemon Bread Abm

1pkYeast
3cFlour, bread
1/4cSugar
1/2tsSalt
1/4cButter; room temperature
3/4cMilk; scalded
1 Egg + 1 yolk; room temp.
1/4tsLemon extract
2tsDried or freshly grated lemon peel

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
